Full Luxury Brows accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. No checks or money orders. All appointments require a non-refundable booking deposit to book. This booking fee goes toward your total investment and holds your spot on the calendar. After selecting a date and time, you will receive instructions on how to pay your deposit by debit or credit card. Your appointment is not booked until the deposit is paid. Please review all policies prior to booking. ⸻ 🔹 Appointment Changes & Deposit Use • Deposits are service-specific and may not be transferred to a different service, especially those of lower cost or shorter duration. Example: If you booked microblading, that deposit cannot be moved to a brow tint, lash service, or any service of lower value. • Deposits are designed to secure the time and service reserved, and significant time is blocked to perform that service. Changing to a smaller service last minute does not replace the time or income lost. • Should you wish to switch to a different service (of any cost), a new appointment must be booked, and a new deposit will be required. ⸻ 🔹 Scheduling Restrictions • Appointments may be scheduled up to 30 days in advance. Requests to schedule more than three (3) months in advance are not accepted and will require a new reservation when the calendar opens for that time. ⸻ 🔹 Cancellation / Rescheduling • A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment via call, text, or email. • If you cancel/reschedule before 48 hours, your original deposit will transfer one time to your new date. • If under 48 hours, your deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to rebook. ⸻ 🔹 No Call / No Show • Will result in deposit forfeiture and require full payment of the missed appointment cost before rebooking. A new deposit will then be required to reserve a future appointment. ⸻ 🔹 Late Policy • If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited. ⸻ There are no exceptions to these policies.
